These Terms govern your use of the ABLAISE website and the purchase of products offered through our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products

All ABLAISE products are handcrafted in small batches. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, finish, fragrance, and appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.

We strive to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors exactly as they appear in person.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change pricing, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you regarding a replacement, refund, or cancellation.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraud
Pricing or inventory errors
Violation of these Terms

If your payment has already been processed for a canceled order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Shipping times provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ABLAISE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for complete information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

7. Candle Safety

Customers are responsible for using all candles safely.

Always:

Burn candles within sight.
Keep away from children and pets.
Place candles on a heat-resistant surface.
Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn.
Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains.

ABLAISE is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper candle use or failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABLAISE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product names, photographs, graphics, text, and designs—is the property of ABLAISE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
